Jeff did an amazing job repairing our daughters damaged 1998 Camry. He was able to source out used parts to save us money. He went above and beyond what most shops would do. Jeff's RV & Auto has really pulled through for us. After several failed attempts with various other shops and a guy that also worked at home. Jeff has really shown that there are honest, caring shops out there.
We brought our 1988 Dodge class B motorhome to him with our "to do" list. He went over the list with us and pointed out some other future repairs to think about. We gave him a budget. He mindfully started with the most crucial on the list. He pressure washed the engine and chassis. rebuilt the carburetor, replaced brakes front and rear. This was after another shop had botched that repair. He worked on the AC after another shop put the wrong freon in.
He got the RV to run and drive great! Checked all the fluids, tire pressure, even cleaned the glass!
We received our RV back clean and with so much done on our list. We are bringing it back soon to continue on our list. Thank you Jeff ! Keep up the good work.

Jeff's RV & Auto has been maintaining and repairing various issues on my 2008 Honda Pilot for me and my family. From windows that don't work, to front bumper replacement. Touch up the paint. Transmission and rear end service. He has also saved us a lot of money by being able to repair something rather than replace it. I am very happy with my Jeep purchase through Jeff of Merchandise NW and highly recommend his service! It was clear from the first few minutes after meeting Jeff that he was a very knowledgeable and honest guy. He has a very friendly low pressure presence that made me feel very comfortable while I was looking over the vehicle. It was also clear he was very knowledgeable about cars and took pride in his work. The jeep was immaculate and look liked it had just driven off the showroom floor. On presentation alone I would give him a 5 star review. The purchase was very easy and strait forward and had all the documents ready to go. I was so happy with the purchase I asked him to sell my truck!
I drove my old car in, pick up my new jeep and left Jeff to take care of the rest. I literally drop off the truck and week or so later picked up my cash. Jeff manage to sell the car with in a couple days after posting the ad. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother car sale. The process of prepping the car for sale was easy too. After a walk around inspection of the car, he pointed out details he suggested to address. Most of them I would have never thought to or bothered to do. And I know that attention to detail ultimately brought a higher selling price for the truck. More than enough to cover his expenses, pay for some small parts for the truck, and still left with more money in my pocket than I could have gotten selling it myself. Jeff did an incredible job at detailing it. The exterior was buffed, paint touched up, pressure washed top to bottom including the engine, fluids filled, belts tightened, and the interior was literally gone through with a fine tooth comb. It honestly looked better than the day I bought it! And all along the way he updated me on the progress of the sale preparations and status of the sale. The entire experience from purchase of the new car through the sale of the old one was so easy. Jeff sold a Honda for us years ago. He actually found the Honda for us to buy the year prior. He did a great job with the entire process. We actually received a ticket in the mail after it was sold. Jeff had done his part and filed the Sellers Report properly.
We were then off the hook for any charges.
Jeff has been such a relief. I am having him sell my 2012 Camaro RS 45th anniversary edition.
I am too busy with work and moving to London soon. Jeff has already addressed and taken care of any issues. After the detail, polish and wax the Camaro looks like new.
